Top 10 Famous Apps in The Netherlands

Hey guys! This is the dutch classes with even something more unusual: Top 10 most used apps in the Netherlands!

10: Spotify

Spotify is probably an app almost everyone uses. It's just a lot cheaper and easier than buying every song or other apps, like Deezer! It's also an easy app to use, and to find the newest dutch songs of rappers, singers like Frenna and Lil Kleine.

9: Wish

I'm sure you know Wish! Wish is a cheap shopping app/site, like amazon or aliexpress. I don't use it, but I guess we dutch just love it!

8: Microsoft Outlook

Outlook is a mail service, as you may know. I'm more a Gmail person, but I can see why outlook is used a lot. For example for Word, since outlook and Word are from the same company.

7: Helix Jump

You know Helix Jump? You know that game where you have a ball and you need to let it slide down a big cylinder with holes, by turning the screen and avoiding the different-coloured spots. Yeah, that's pretty popular. I'm addicted to it, if I'm honest.

6: Google Arts and Culture

This is a google app, which I personally don't use. This app is made to read stories or see pictures, artworks from around the world.

5: WhatsApp

This is a text messenger i think literally everyone has in the Netherlands. It's our main text messenger app and used to communicate with friends, colleagues, your uncle in America.

4: Magister

This app is used by schools for students. Instead handing out paper schedules, you can view your schedule on this app. Also your grades, homework, information. Any changes are placed on here too.

3: Paper.io

I sometimes play this game with my friends: you might know it. Do you know slither.io? Well this is kinda the same, only do you need to conquer the largest territory!

2: YouTube

I don't think I need to explain this one. YouTube is a popular video app I think everyone at least opens once a day. No wonder it's popular.

1: McDonald's App

I've no idea why this app is ed most in the Netherlands, though, I have it too. :joy:

I think we dutch people just like that discount on burgers and fries.
