Before you start reading you should know those things below:

-I recommend watch both seasons before reading this

-(Y/N) = Your Name

-P.O.V = Point of View

-I’m following mainly the manga, so it will have things that weren’t shown in the anime

-Since I’m doing the story with on a “Japanese style” the name orders will be “Last Name / First Name”

-Kun = Honorific used to young boys

-Chan = Honorific used to childs and for someone very close to you (girlfriend, family member...)

-San = Honorific used to both boys and girls, is more respectful and also creates a bit more distance

-Sensei = Used to refer to a teacher or doctor

-Nii = Used to refer to the older brother of who is talking

Chapter 1:

A new day, a new life

-Karma P.O.V.-

       Argh... I’m so bored, I’ll go play on my 3DS. My parents are taking a lot of time at the airport. Anyways, tomorrow I’m entering the 3-E class, I’m currently suspended. I fall on the couch and start to play my newest game. Around half hour later, I heard the door opening.

       “Finally you two arrived.”

       I look back at them, there was an extra suitcase. I’m sure that they only took two of it, they never buy this amount of things. I was going to ask but decide not to. I shouldn’t be bothered by their business.

       “Hey son, please help us to take this suitcase to front of the guest room.”

       “Okay.”

       My parents forbidden me from getting in the guest room and locked it before traveling to India and they didn’t explain why. I put the suitcase on the side of the door and headed to my room. I already peeked at the guest room while they were travelling.

~~Flashback~~

       My parents traveled a day ago. Now that I’m sure they are gone, it’s time to peek that “secret room”. I go to my parents bedroom and take a hair clip from my mother bedside table. They shouldn’t have told me straight like “Don’t go inside of that room!” Of course I’m going in. I put the clip on the lock and unlock it. Slowly, the door opens and I get inside. Inside of the guest room there are a lot of changes; a new bed, closet and furniture. The walls are now a light purple, that make a contrast with the white of the furnitures. The closet is empty, but there’s a lot of space. Why are they reforming this room? This doesn’t make any sense! Who is going to live with us?

~~End of Flashback~~

       After placing the suitcase on front of guests room, I was heading to my room while thinking about the possible new resident.

       “Karma sweetie, can you get down here for a while?” My mother calls me.

       Usually she doesn’t call me this way... I got downstairs and she was sitting on the couch with my father. Looks like this is going to be a very serious chat. I sit on the armchair on front of them and sigh.

       “Tomorrow you won’t go to school.” I cross my legs and put my hands between the armchair and my head, in a relaxed pose.

       “Good, but can I know the reason?”

       “You have already noticed there’s a reason why we keep you away from the guest room, right?”

       “Of course I have, I’m not stupid.”

       “Good, this make things easier to explain...” He said putting a hand on his chin and looking to the floor on his front for a while, and then look back at me. “We adopted a sister to you.”

       I almost jumped from my seat. Can’t believe that they did this! No! They never payed attention to me and now they’ll replace me?!

       “Sorry about not telling you before... We wanted to make a surprise. And she will be a good company to you in this lonely house.” Mother said with a worried face.

       “Cancel it, I’m fine alone. After all, you always left me alone since I was younger! Why would you mind now?!” I said still shocked.

       Why do I still even bother? Replacing me won’t change anything. Besides they won’t stop travelling around the world.

       “Let’s make an agreement, she will stay with us for two months, if both of you don’t like each other she will go back to the orphanage. Is it ok for you?” Father said extending his hand toward me. I sigh and shake his hand.

       “I don’t have any option since I’m living with you.”

That’s easy, I’ll only ignore her.

== On the next day morning==

-(Y/N) P.O.V.-

       What should I wear?! I need get ready quick! Today is a special day, I’m going to my new house! How does my new parents looks like? After put my (F/C) hoodie and a light jeans, I grab my stuff and go downstairs to the main hall. There was Mrs. Aki, the owner of the orphanage, sitting on a bench while drinking green tea. She’s a very kind old lady with grey hair and is always smiling.

       “Hello dear. Please sit here with me while your new family don’t come.” She pat the space on her side. I place my handbag on the side and sit. “You’ll be very happy with this family, they look like good people.”

       “Really? Can you tell more about them?”

       “Of course. I was told that they already have a son, but he’s quite lonely on the house. You should make him some company.” I nod.

       Before I could ask more questions the doorbell rang. The old lady gets up and opens the door. There standed a woman with long vibrant red hair and green eyes, on her side stand a tall man with a split blond hair and golden eyes. They have a rich appearance.

       “Good morning Mrs. Aki!” The woman said entering the room.

       As she and her husband walk in, a red haired boy with golden eyes follow them. He’s playing on a 3DS, without bothering to look around.

       “We’re here to pick up (Y/N), is she ready?”

       I stand up, get my handbag and walk in a quick pace toward them with a smile.

       “Yes! I’m (Y/N) nice to meet you!” I said bowing and looking back at them.

The boy didn’t look away from his game.

       “Nice to meet you in person, (Y/N). I’m your new mother, Michi and this is your new father, Yutaka.” They give me a warm ‘welcome to the family’ smile. “Oh, and this is Karma, our son.”

       She pushed the boy that was behind them to my front. He looked at me with a bored face.

       “Nice to meet you (Y/N)-san.” And then he start to play on the 3DS again.

       Is he trying to act ‘cool’? I don’t mind if he treat me like I don’t exist, but I’ll show him that I can be a great sister!

       “Sorry about Karma, he’s kind of antisocial but I bet that you two will get along with each other. So, let’s go home?” Yutaka said while finishing g a document and placing the pen on the desk.

       After say goodbye to Mrs. Aki, I walk between Michi and Yutaka while Karma-niisan was behind us still playing on his 3DS. How can he play while walking?!

       “(Y/N), you can call us dad and mum whenever you want, ok?” Yutaka said heading to a fancy expensive car.

       My new family is rich, so I need to act formally near them, even if Karma-niisan doesn’t act according to his class... Yutaka open the door on my front like a gentleman and I smile. My new brother looks at us and rolls his eyes while walking to the other side of the car. He sat quite far from me, like if I had a contagious disease, and kept playing on his 3DS. I want to be friends with him, I want break this wall between us, after all I think that’s the main reason why I got adopted.

       “Tomorrow will be your first day at school, are you two anxious?” School? I’m going to a school?! Amazing!!!

       “I-I’m really going to a school? How does it look like? Are the people there friendly?”

       “You’ve never been in a school?” For the first time Karma seem surprised.

       “Yeah... I know some basics but never had been on a school. I only see it on the internet, movies and books.”

       “Well, I can’t answer your question since me and your father have already finished school a while ago.” Michi said turning back a little to see me. “But Karma can answer you perfectly! He’s one of the top students on the school, excluding some issues.” She glared at the boy. He just looked outside the car window. What issues?

       “Today we will you on the Kunugigaoka Junior High School.” Wait isn’t this...

       “That super elite school?!”

       “Yes, the best to our precious children! Oh, and if some subject is too hard for you, ask Karma for help, I’m sure he will help you.” I look at the boy that was wearing red earbuds.

       “Whatever, I just hope she don’t bother me while I’m doing something important...”

       My dream is enter a school, since I had no classes on the orphanage. The funny thing is that I don’t how I got there. The only thing I is the day when I woke up at the orphanage bed. I also know how to read, write and do some school questions. I didn’t ask anyone about my past, they might think I’m crazy or something. So, this is the beginning of my new life!
