Isn't it sad to see the skies painted black

Not with inky night but with deathly smoke

Billowing from factories that form plastic

This is a nightmare, but you can't wake up

Hearing of the animals that go extinct

They could have survived without cities

What of ones we never get to know about

This is real life, a nightmare, do something

The oceans of our home are filled with death

Plastic, oil, hazardous chemicals and all

The reefs are dying, wasting away

Wake up from your silence, do something

Forests are being torn apart without reason

The creatures suffering as their homes die

They too cry for the world that once was

Look around you at reality, raise your voice

I do not see hope for this world some days

Change things, create a better future

Life can not go on this way, it's foolish to try

Wake up dreamers, the world needs you

Change things now, so the world has a future
