CLASSES & PRICES!

As said before there will be two classes;

LQ-MQ (low quality - medium quality)

MQ-HQ (medium quality - high quality)

You yourself choose which class you'd like to participate in. These two classes are simply made to give everyone a better chance of winning fairly, as some LQ-MQ artists might feel discouraged to compete against MQ-HQ!

JUDGING!

Both classes will be judged by me and the 3 things I'm looking at is:

1. Effort!

The amount of effort you put into the entry plays a crucial role! It can be a detailed backstory to your characters, a thought out plot, or of course a detailed artpiece! Or all of them!

2. Uniqueness!

Now this doesn't mean that someone who decides to do a normal war/realistic war won't win because it's not unique, it can be the plot or the art pose etc! Small things that stand out!

3. Emotions!

War is a sensitive topic that can bring up a lot of emotions! What feeling will your entry evoke? Now this is a hard one, but I'll also look at what your entry will make me feel! It can be sadness, injustice, happiness, anger etc!

RULES!

The Entry!

1. You can only enter with ONE MAIN PIECE!

2. For your entry/main piece to count you have to draw a FULLBODY and write at least 50 WORDS. You also need some type of BACKGROUND! The piece needs to be COLORED. SHADING is optional.

3. Your MAIN ENTRY needs to take place during the actual war. It cannot for example be an artpiece showing the horse's backstory!

4. The MAIN ENTRY needs to include YOUR war horse.

5. It is allowed to draw more artpieces in varying forms like headshots, more fullbodies, sketches & chibis. However these will not be judged. This is simply to more rpg!

6. There is no WORD limit.

7. You may choose any war! Or make up your own!

8. Including a rider is OPTIONAL!

9. Must include which class you're entering (MQ-LQ/MQ-HQ)

10. Must include the # #WARHORSE24

Collabs!

1. You are allowed to collab with someone!

2. You need to have SEPARATE MAIN PIECES.

3. You can have the same plot/story!

4. You can write the story from two different POVs or use the same POV.

5. You can include the collab person's war horse in your entry.

Your War Horses!

1. You cannot trade war horses with each other. (Simply because it's hard to keep track of everyone's ID)

2. You are allowed to give them wikis like some already have!

3. You cannot sell them because you do not yet own them.

Art

For main piece:

1.Digital & traditional(canvas painting, crayons, pencil etc) are both allowed. HOWEVER not black & white.

2. No premade bases.

3. No premade backgrounds.

4. Tracing is allowed if given proper credit to the original image. (Note that tracing someone's art is prohibited in the guidelines)

Other pieces:

1. Digital & traditional is allowed. Black and white is allowed.

2. Premade bases are fine if given proper credit.

3. Premade backgrounds are okay if given proper credit.

POST EVENT ACTIVITIES!

Winners!

Winners will be announced approximately 1-2 weeks after the end of the event. More info about how you get your prices will be revealed then.

Your War Horses!

• After the event your War Horses will be "auctioned off" (rpg speaking).

• There will be a big post with all of the horses- the "auction"- , and you will be able to buy your own.

• "Owners" of the horse will get first say, if they want their horse then they can buy them for a set dap or $ price (not high.)

• If the "owners" do not want their horse, others will be able to buy them as well.

• If a horse dies in the event story you will still be able to buy it and own it.
