Let the angels weep a loss not their own,

Inflict pain to their hearts, cause them sorrow

As they watch in silence, not once acting

To the tragedies that is within reach,

Make them witness the earth's catastrophe

Knowing their bodies are heavy as stones,

Torture their hearts, their minds, and their spirits

While chaos and destruction goes rampant,

Let the angels weep a loss not their own,

Tell how their absence caused ruination

Over the fields of Eden and beyond,

Over prairies and old Elysium,

Whisper to their ears the calamities

That was brought upon by malice and fear,

Whisper how their guiding hands could have helped,

But not anymore, for it's far too late,

Let the angels weep a loss not their own

By poisoning their ears with truths and lies,

Besmirch their faith, ignite their disbelief,

And watch at the sidelines as they fall down,

Then once the winged-kin finished their doubting,

Spread another veil of poisonous words;

Tell that their fall was always meant to be,

And that this fall was their true destiny,

Let the angels rejoice at their new creed,

Then break their entire being once more,

Tell them how it was all but a mere lie

From a mortal who convinced himself king,

Watch as their faces wither and decay,

How they show frustration with sublime grief;

Rejoice at the sight of weeping angels

Whose inner turmoil evolves far beyond,

Let the angels weep a loss of their own,

Let them experience some mortal strife,

Though I must warn the swines who would try this—

Weeping Angels are creatures to be feared.
