Steps

1) Close your eyes and look at an imaginary picture of them in your mind (physical photo is also possible)

2) Take deep breaths (in nose, out mouth)

3) With both hands (only index and middle finger) and tap on your:

• temples while saying "call/text me"

• 3rd eye while saying "call me/text me"

• cheecks while saying "call me/text me"

• (with your index fingers only) above yoir top lip while saying "call/text me"

• (with your index finger only) under lower lip or centre of the chin area while saying "call/text me"

• collar bones while saying call"/text me"

• (with one hand, using index and middle finger) crown area while saying "call/text me"

4) Rub hands together and bring them about an inch apart to create an energy ball

5) Visualize this ball as purplish/violet and make it bright

6) Close your eyes and imagine the person standing in front of you

7) Bring the ball up and breathe into it, saying "Call/text me" into it

8) Bring the ball up and then to the centre of your heart, then send it out to them

9) Brush your hands at the end so the energy goes to them completely

10) Seal with the sign of silence (index finger on the lip) "🤫"
