International Mythology Contest: The Chimera

The Chimera (kai-mee-rah) is a hybrid monster in Greek Mythology, child of Typhoeus and Echidna, and sibling of Cerberus & the Lernaean Hydra. The Chimera presents as a lion with a goat head attached to it’s back, and a snake as a tail.

I was so excited for this contest when I saw it, I love greek mythology and I’ve had art block for ages, this was exactly what I needed. Now I know the goat head isn’t on it’s back, but the snake didn’t give me much room. I was satisfied with the placement and didn’t want to change it lolz
