Blooke has been around the Hat island sense the 1800s. Hard to tell exactly when in 1800 sense she doesn't seem to wear a specific dress to indicate so.

Blooke haunts a burnt down building, rebuilt in the 1920s as an institution for evilness (BlackHat's school for evil). Watching and learning from those around her, sometimes even talking to them if she could or wanted to. She actually had made friends with the mad scientist Flug before he graduated to be BlackHat's assistant/scientist.

She was a curious ghosty so when Flug left she sort of followed. Not only that. She's heard of the lord of BlackHat so much that she really wanted to meet him.

She did and he was not friendly, his unfriendliness made her feel almost nostalgic or familiar. So she stayed wanting to know more.

bloody Hangs around the manor playing with 505 and watching BlackHat. Demencia hates it and she tries to capture Blooke in a mirror, a lot. Now a days Blooke simply goes around the manor, or even the island itself, and scares the living crap out of them. Or make friends if they deserve it.
