Cotton fluff, which is actually more
nesting material than bedding, should
be avoided. As soft and comfortable
as it may seem, it is one of the most
dangerous types of bedding. Unlike
paper and wood, cotton fibers don't
break down in water so If your pet eats
it, he or she will not be able to digest it,
and will consequently die from blockages
to the digestive system. Furthermore,
the long fibers can easily tangle around
the little one's feet which can lead to
blood being cut off. Last but not least
cotton fluff is a choking hazard as it can
get caught in the throat easily. In other
words please don't give your hamster
this as it can very easily kill them.

Carefresh review
Today I’m going to be reviewing
carefresh bedding. It’s available in the
USA, Canada and the UK. It is a paper
based bedding.
Pros
*completely safe
*comes in a variety of colours
*great for burrows
Cons
*on the more expensive side
*some bags have a strange scent,
it’s not bad just a little weird
*not as soft and fluffy as some beddings
Conclusion
I think this is a great bedding to use
and it’s great for colour themed
enclosures at it comes in many different
colours. I currently use it for Luna and
haven’t had any problems so far so I
would definitely recommend it.

Eco earth is made out of coconut fiber.
This substrate is great for digging. The
price is fairly cheap and looks great in
naturalistic themed enclosures. The only
downside is the mess it creates.
Definitely recommended trying some
out with your hamster(s).

Hemp bedding is made from the hemp
plant, and is perfectly safe for hamsters.
It can often be found in farm stores in
bulk at a low price, making it a popular
option for people on a budget.
Hemp is generally softer than aspen,
although it depends on the brand. It
does a decent job at absorption, and
some say that it holds burrows well,
while others don’t. The smell of hemp
is also debatable among people with
some hating the smell, and some
thinking there is no smell. It usually has
little to no dust. One downside is that
many people report being allergic to
hemp bedding, so if you’re a person
with allergies, it may be better to avoid.
If you’re looking for a cheap and basic
bedding, I’d definitely suggest trying
out hemp.

Hey I was wondering if I could add another bad review instead of a good one?
