The Intro

Greetings fellow TTA . This is an updated version of the Involving TTG PSA. This an extremely controversial topic, and hopefully, this PSA can explain why we do not allow any form of TTG content in this community.

The Problem

Teen Titans Go content, in all forms, has been banned from this community due to problems with it in the past. Some people enjoy the show, and others don’t. Having different opinions about the show is perfectly fine, but bullying others because of their opinion of it is not.

Originally, we did allow TTG content in the community. There was a lot of disagreement and it resulted in a lot of cyberbullying, harassment, calling people out, and more. So, the staff and community voted on whether or not we should ban TTG content. The majority ruled to ban it, and once it was banned, there was a decrease in the amount of bullying and harassment in the community. In 2017, the staff looked to remove that rule, and the community and staff voted again. The majority voted to keep it banned.

The amount of controversy surrounding TTG is why that show is not allowed here, but other Teen Titans incarnations are. We want to do our best to keep our safe. For many people, this community is an escape from reality, and a place where they can come and have fun. If we were to allow TTG content, we would indirectly be subjecting fans of that show to bullying and harassment for posting content related to that show. So, we have banned all TTG content to prevent that.

The Guidelines

If your profile, has TTG content in it, it will be hidden, and a comment will be left on your wall saying that your profile can be unhidden once you remove the TTG content.

Posts with TTG content will be disabled. If that is the only content in the post, it will not be able to be re-enabled. But if there is other content in the post besides TTG content, the post can be re-enabled after the TTG content is removed.

The Consequences

If you frequently post TTG content, spam posts with TTG content, or send TTG content in a public chat, you will be asked in a verbal warning not to do it again. Should you continue, you may receive an official warning from the mod team.

The Outro

We are not trying to discriminate against TTG fans and blindly hate on the show, but we do have a good reason as to why we don’t allow it here. We want our to feel safe here and enjoy their time here. Bullying and harassment are not something we take lightly. It’s okay to have different opinions, but please be respectful of others and their opinions. Hopefully, this PSA gave some clarification as to why TTG is banned. If you have any more questions, feel free to ask the mod team, and we will do our best to answer them.
