choi jisu which prefers being called Lia and shin Yuna were a team. They were an important detective team. Lia and Yuna were extremely popular within their agency. Reason for this popularity is for the little amount of time needed to solve cases. They were the best of the best and everyone respected them. Lia was the detective and Yuna the assistant. They are friends and got along easily when they first met 6 years ago but their personalities made their relationship seem strange. Yuna and Lia seem cold and quiet. You barely hear a word from them when you’re with them. They had those typical movie detective personality. A bit creepy and dark from the outside. In public around people they would just walk straight to wherever they need to without a single movement of their heads. It were just the legs moving repeatedly. Their job wasn’t easy of course and the girls had real hard days. Lia and Yuna lived with friends but not together. Lia lived with Hwang yeji and Yuna lived with lee chaeryeong and shin ryujin. But they would always meet early in the morning at their agencies building. It was a Tuesday and the team received the message to meet the head of the agency because of a new case. Lia and Yuna always meet at 5am on the same stairs every day. This time, Lia was 5 minutes too early and waited for Yuna. She was in front of the stairs and leaned on the wall behind her. She was completely alone and the atmosphere was dark which didn’t bother Lia. To be exact, she wasn’t bothered even a single bit. This was what she preferred over shining sun, colorful flowers and hundreds of people taking walks outside. Rain, darkness and being alone or with 1 close person was what Lia really liked. Nothing was wrong with her that was just the kind of person she is. That’s a normal but more uncommonly thing to be. She looked at the grey floor and started to think about what the case could be this time. She was pretty sure one of those gang hacked another bank because there is this group since a few weeks and Lia felt like 1000 cases she had to solve were about that. It wouldn’t be a surprise so Lia was quite relaxed. Then she looked at the stairs which were also grey. She stared at every single detail of this stairs until she heard Yuna coming in. The door was big and loud so Lia could hear it right away and after she heard the sounds of shoes in an empty area she was sure that it was Yuna. They greeted each other in a very calm way. “What’s up this time?” Yuna asked Lia and she answered with “New case. Need to meet the boss now. Probably another bank hacker.”. They didn’t talk a single word on their way to meet their boss and that was common for them as said earlier. In front of the door, Lia sighted before knocking three times. “The door is open!” is what they first heard. They opened the door and saw the familiar office with the boss’ desk and 2 chairs in front of it. Lia and Yuna took fast steps towards the chairs and sat down. The boss greeted them with saying “Good morning Mrs. Choi and Mrs. Shin.”. The girls answered as synchronized as always with “Good morning Mr. XXXX” while bowing. The boss started to talk right after that “Another new case and you’re in charge of solving it. It’s a case you haven’t done in a while. No need to talk long I’m just gonna make it short with saying that a girl was shot and murdered and the murder is yet unknown. Your job is to find out who it was.” Lia was shocked that it was a murder and no bank hacker and she first looked at Yuna which gave her a worried yet serious look. “Alright we will solve this” is what yeji said and then Yuna asked for the place it happened. “Midzystreet 1002 in flat nr 5” the boss answered. Yuna took out her black pen and wrote the address down on a small paper. Lia and the boss both stared at the paper and waited for Yuna to finish writing. As soon as the pen left the paper, they all stood up and said goodbye. On their way down the still empty stairs they didn’t talk about that it was a murder this time. “Midzystreet... where is that again?” Yuna asked Lia and the answer she got was “Near the cinema but near the bigger cinema. I’m gonna drive”. They walked down the stairs. No one was with them. Everyone was either in their office or still at home so their steps were very loud which was always like that but they both enjoyed that feeling and mood vibes it gives off. They opened the huge door and went into the cold. It was freezing and still dark because it was November. Luckily, the girls didn’t have a long way to their car. It was black and not outstanding big. Just a normal, average car like many had. They sat into the car and closed the doors. Lia and Yuna usually liked the cold and they still do but today it’s -10 degrees which was even too cold for them. They first sat a few seconds to relive from this 30 seconds cold but then they hurried to start driving. “Are you sure you know where midzystreet is?” Yuna asked lia. Lia just nodded. She still felt surprised about the fact that they got a murder case but she wanted to pull it off as professional as possible. They drove and drove and drove until they saw the big cinema building. Lia pointed at it and tapped on Yuna’s shoulder. Yuna gave her a smile. This conversation is really quiet but if want to continue to read this story you’ll have to endure this kind of personalities. They drove 5 more minutes and drove into the Midzystreet. But they saw something creepy...
