This took like an hour to write and edit, so really hope you enjoy.

Okay, so firstly HUGE SPOILER WARNING for episode 3 of the loki television series.

>So in this episode, episode three, Loki and the variation of him, Sylvie, are trapped on a moon that is about to crash into the planet it orbits. During this, they board a train that they aren't supposed to be on.(I'm just summing this up quickly to get to the main part.).

While on the train, Loki reveals some exiteing and supprisng information about himself.

>As it turns out, Loki is bisexual.

This really surprised me, and I'll get to why later. Him and Sylvie talk about "That special love".

Sylvie asks if Loki had ever been in a relationship. She says:

"Must have been some would-be princesses, or perhaps other prince?"

Then Loki says:

"A bit of both. I suspect the same as you."

but hold on a second...

I was really surprised about this, as I always thought of Loki as asexual because he never mentions anything about it until now, to a complete stranger?

I know that Loki thinks of Sylvie as himself, although another version but isn't it a bit sudden?

>Look, I think this makes the character unique and overall more likeable. Marvel doesn't really have many lgbt+ characters.

This also maybe explains him a little more. His past actions resemble that he is attention-seeking. It also shows that maybe he was not entirely accepted by his family for being bisexual.

I know that odin chose Thor to rule asgaurd because he was actually his son and because, well the "God of mischief" title says it all.

I think maybe he was looked down upon by his father, and possibly his brother.

>To be honest, I never really picked up on the gender fluid part. Throughout the marvel shows and films he was always referred to as "He/him". Now, just so you guys know, I've never read any of the marvel comics but I did a bit of research and found this.

In the Loki comics, Loki often changes into a female form for different reasons. He was also sometimes referred to by odin as gender neutral. In the comics I think he was definitely gender fluid, but I never saw it in the marvel films and television series. I think it has been comfirmed by marvel before that he was gender fluid though.

>Sylvie is a variation of loki from another time line. According to her, she has been running from the TVA all her life. She also did not grow up with the asgaurdien royal family as loki did. I'm not entirely sure, but Sylvie says:

"I can only small parts about my mother, or my family.".

Now, I'm not sure if this means she ran away or something else. She did however mention that she was informed that she was adopted when she was very young, which loki is shocked about.
