#FixThatShiny2020 flareon

For my entry, I decided to follow the two proven rules of making an awesome shiny: Make red fire Pokémon blue, and make anything else black. I realize someone else already did a blue flare on, but I was working on this way before it was posted, and I think this one is different enough. The other one was awesome too, though.
