Hot 2 Tot tots and tot bits

A popular food item toward the end of Steven Universe is Peedee's new food truck Hot 2 Tot, featuring tater tots! The truck was introduced in the episode "Letters to Lars," and patrons consumed Peedee's potatoes in episodes afterwards as well, such as "What's Your Problem" and "A Single Pale Rose."

Here are three configurations I decided to reproduce!

First off, one of my earliest recipes was How To Make Fry Bits, fresh from potatoes in a deep fryer. Since I've already done that and tater tots are just potato pieces rendered in a specific shape, I've elected to take a shortcut with frozen tots for simplicity.

In addition to Peedee's intended product, the tots, Steven is of course presented as wanting tot bits, so I pulverized some tots for this purpose.

They go on a foil-covered baking sheet.

With some actual tots.

Cooked at the bag's recommended temperature! The tot bits sure got crispy!

So we now have one successful dish: Steven's tot bits that he ordered in "Letters to Lars" and presumably ate in "A Single Pale Rose."

We also see Mr. Dewey eating a regular portion of tots in "Letters to Lars," so let's not forget that.

And my favorite: Amethyst eating a heaping carton of tots from "What's Your Problem"!
