Time, time it’s strange

It’s ever flowing, never going back

It moves

But only in one way

But if I could reverse the time

Silence the noise

Take it back

Reverse what has be said

I would

And if you understood

What you said

And why it was written there in that place

And you tried to understand

Then you would

Because everything is written for a reason

And every mark has a purpose

And perhaps some even have backstory

But you had to say the first bit

Albeit you don’t know I’m feeling like this

I’m keeping up a front to not break

And I’m too scared to tell you I’m upset like this

Because time isn’t controlled by me

I cannot change fates design

I can’t keep out this emotion

I can bottle it, sure

But is that healthy?

No

But I must.

But I will.

And the sand continues flowing

And fate continues going

And you continue talking

Static. White noise. Not even intelligible to me.

But even so, even then

If I tell you

Will you even care?
