Welcome to MCA School, where we would be teaching you on how to make a exciting quiz in this lesson!

Challenge the community by making and taking quizzes. Quizzes can be made on a range of topics, long lasting or topical.

Quizzes have 7 to 100 questions, with 4 answer options per question and images. There is a timed element to the quiz, with 10 seconds to answer per question. See your score and how you compare to others after the quiz ends! A quiz is ended automatically if you get a question wrong.

If you choose to take it again, the order of questions will be different. Certain quizzes can be taken in "Hell Mode" if you ace them once. This time, the answers will be upside down and backwards and you'll have half the time to answer, but you would get x2 the score if you beat it!

After deciding on which topic you would be making the quiz on, it's time to make the post itself!

➩ The Title

Firstly, choose an interesting title! Quizzes have a title which describes the quiz completely. Try keeping it short and simple, but direct

➩ The Description

Elaborate what your quiz is about and prepare the participants before they take on the challenge. You can even include prizes for getting high scores in 3 tries, it's up to you how you want to increase the competition! Maybe even wish your participates Good Luck at the end!

➩ The Quiz

Setting up a quiz is the fun bit! Coming up with exciting questions maybe hard, but at the end it's rewarding!

There are 5 bits to make question, out of which 2 are compulsory, and the rest are for adding more value to your quiz!

➜ Question

The question is always the first thing the participant would read, and it would be shown a second before the options pop in. Try keeping it short, but independent and relevant to the answers. And try using proper grammar, and don't forget to add the "?". Questions have a character limit of 130 (about 20-25 words).

➜ Answers

For each question, there is just one correct answer. Try keeping answers down to just a couple of words instead of sentences (unless necessary). Try confusing the participant which incorrect answers which closely relate to the correct answer to add more competition.

Tip: Try avoiding questions which have answers with "Yes" or "No", as you would need to fill up the other two answers with something

➜ Question Image (Optional)

For each question, you also get to choose an image! Images can relate to the question in some way, or just there to confuse the participant, it's up to you! These images do add a lot of value to your quiz

Tip: Question Image Size is 1020 X 600 pixels (17:10)

➜ Question Explanation (Optional)

In an event where the participant choose an incorrect answer, you can give an explanation why is the answer wrong. As Quizzes are also used as a interactive tool to learn new things everyday! The explanation also adds value to your quiz.

➜ Question Background (Optional)

This is completely optional, but it was make your quiz have some colour and feel! You can either set a global default Quiz Background or even set a background for each of the questions. Most quiz makers generally use a global background.
