hello everyone! this wiki will explain what we, the

staff team, & leader’s of certain committees,

expect from current & new . the staff

team finds it inconvenient when a WHOLE

committee team, or certain are inactive.

for example the staff team was discussing prizes

for a challenge the other day, & we struggled

because majority of committees are inactive. now

if you’re an active committee, disregard that. we

truly appreciate all the committee ; they

help us be a successful community. we will now

discuss requirements for all committee

& future .

Requirements

1) must follow community guidelines.

for example, if you’re on the editing team & don’t show progress shots of your edit we can’t feature it. how can you be on a committee & break community rules? this also goes for crediting the artist properly, there’s a whole post about it here.

don’t be offended editing team, this is just an EXAMPLE.

2) hiatus’s.

this seems to be a problem for majority of committee’s. if you’re inactive for a few days, weeks, etc, the staff team & the committee leader has a RIGHT to remove you from the committee. you must be able to communicate with others, you don’t need to tell anyone why you’re going to be inactive for a while, but atleast TELL SOMEONE so they don’t remove you. can either tell someone from the moderation team, or the committee leader about the hiatus.

3) ing only THREE committee.

we appreciate all the people who want to multiple committees, but this seems to be a BIG problem causing inactivity. if you’re on multiple committees, you don’t have enough time to work on other committee events. therefore, we will not be allowing a member to five different committees. also having one person in multiple committees doesn’t give other a chance. let’s be fair & give everyone a chance.

4) Must. Be. Active. :bangbang: :bangbang:

please don’t any committees if you struggle

with activity. you would only be bringing the

committee down. also, please don’t just

because of the title. like really, if you wanna

a committee it must mean you have some sort of

interest. don’t disappoint the committee & us staff.

we will be updating this wiki if any problems occur, etc. we also don’t expect you to be on IA :sparkles: 24/7 we understand life happens.
