Introducing Wexel!
Wexel was one of the many victims of the devastating San Francisco earthquake. He and his patrons were on the brink of death underneath the rubble of his ice cream parlour. While unconscious, Wexel heard a voice saying that he could save him. Wexel in his dazed state, agreed as he couldn't really think straight and didn't want to die. Now in the Constant, reborn with the souls of his many loyal customers sharing his body, he kind of wishes that he had accepted death.
In-game, Wexel has a higher max hunger but a higher hunger drain because of all the stomachs he has to feed as well as his own. Wexel also has higher max health because of all these people. Wortox will mention that Wexel has a lot of souls within him. Wexel will drop between 5-10 souls upon death. Wexel will have multiple quotes for the same thing as each person in him will examine it.
I haven't thought of any other special things for Wexel yet so give me suggestions on that.
I don't think I really like Wexel's design. I made him the way he is to show the variety of people in his body and to show off the chaos of their situation but it seems a little too over the top and perhaps a little ugly now.

Instrument: he strikes me as sounding like many instruments at once. Not so much a symphony, but maybe a cacophonous blend of instruments playing over each other
The concept is really creative, i like it!
About the design... I'd make his skin the other way around. Main colour would be the color of Wexel's skin, and lots of differently-coloured spots on his skin would resemble other victims of the earthquake
