Good day, Furry Amino Community. Today we'd like to present you the official and public Guide to Consequences. This guide showcases which rule-breaks receive what punishment. Below, we will explain what each punishment means and what to do if you received one.

Mod History

Every and post has a mod history, this history allows us to see what actions happened to the post or . Your based mod history is what determines if you’ll receive a warning, a strike or a ban. It cannot be accessed by normal ; if you wish to know your own mod history, please message an available staff member. Here’s an example as to what a mod history can look like:

Warnings

Both; curators and leaders will send you a warning on your first offense of a certain rule-break (see guide above). A warning is just a simple reminder that what you posted or shared broke the rules; warnings are nothing major, so please do not panic if you receive one.

Strikes

Leaders can issue strikes if a broke a more serious rule or if they broke a rule again despite having received a warning for the same rule-break prior. Strikes will put your in a read only mode for 24h, meaning you will not be able to post, chat or leave comments.

You can get 3 strikes in total before your gets terminated, with the 3rd strike automatically counting as a ban. Please review the guide to see which rule-breaks receive a strike and how many before a ban.

Please do not evade strikes with a secondary , any s that are used to evade strikes will be terminated upon notice; evading strikes can put your original at risk as each evasion counts as another strike.

Bans

A ban is issued if your content breaks the most serious rules Furry Amino has in place; if you evaded any strikes; or when you received your third strike. Because of the technical limitations that Amino has in place, we cannot include the reason for your ban in a message or in a pop-up. Please create a secondary and message an available staff member to know the reasoning as well as to ask for a ban appeal.

Any s that are created to evade a ban and s that didn’t message any staff member for a ban appeal will be terminated on sight.

Team Amino Actions

The Furry Amino Staff is not d, partnered or is working for Team Amino (the developers). Actions made by Team Amino such as strikes or bans cannot be reversed by us because of technical limitations. The Furry Amino Staff will not take actions made by Amino into consideration, since Amino does not share any evidence or information with us.
