I got the instrumental from YouTube and recorded the Steel Pan melody along side it using Bandlab.

In one of the previous challenges, I was not able to perform a Disney Love Song, due to other engagements. Fortunately, I was able to do this performance, which was very enjoyable for me.

I chose this song because the music relates to where I'm from, which is the Caribbean. It gives me a nostalgic feeling and it's one of my favourite Disney Fun songs. I find that the Steel pan would suit this cover perfectly since its origin is from the Caribbean as well. I was excited to do this and I'm really happy with how it turned out. I thought the recording would not have been that great because I did not have a proper microphone....so I had to use my phone. But I was suprised it still sounded really good, so I'm glad!

I learnt this cover a really long time ago and I haven't gotten the chance to perform it live or post a cover of it. This is acutally my first Youtube post for my channel: JellyTone, where I would like to post even more covers. Therefore, I am really glad that the Music Club gave me this oppourtunity in the challenge. It gave me confidence and also, my channel debut :grin: .
