Hello Unifamily! Today I bring you the first spell of the month for the light magick chatroom! This month we will be doing a sunflower spell!

So, Why a Sunflower Spell?

Sunflowers naturally grow towards light and are closely connected with the light. This spells goal is to help us grow towards the light in our path, like sunflowers.

The Spell

What you’ll need:

•Sunflower seed

•Pot with soil

•A place to meditate

•Sunlight

Directions

1. Sit down in the sunlight with your pot and sunflower seed in front of you.

2. Meditate and familiarize yourself with the sun’s energy.

3. When you feel ready, plant your seed in the soil. While doing this say:

As the sunflower grows towards the light,

let me do the same.

Let me sprout out of negativity without a fight

so that I may grow into the real me.

4. Clean up any magickal residue

5. Keep your sunflower in direct sunlight and let it stand as a reminder to move away from negativity and into the light.
