We do not allow refunds. Once you have bought something, you may not return it and get props back. However, we will give coins back if you mistakingly give more than you owe.

BKA is not responsible for any mistakes made buying/selling here, but staff will help to the best of their abilities in given scenarios. Card information (or any other vital info) is NOT to be given out here. Cash transactions must be made in a safe payment system outside of Amino.
