        They like to say

        "Sticks and stones may break my bones,    

         but words will never hurt me".

        It's just not true, a lie, you see.

                       Words are sharper than any sticks

                        And bruise harder than any rocks.

                                            They can ruin a person;

                                           Make their lives worsen.

        Those people, they live with this lie

        and some of them chose to die.

        You wanna know why?

        It's because all they wanted to do was cry.

        They didnt feel life was worth it, so they

        went to the sky.

                                 Others who believe in the lie,

                    they think they're weak because the

                                              words made them cry.

              They decided that scarring themselves

                                                                   with knives

               would prepare them well for next time.

        Trust me, there is no such thing

        as a whole life worth nothing.

        You are a human who is alive.

        So don't believe in the lie.

                                               You're allowed to cry,

                                            Please, all I ask of you,

                                   Is to what is true

        thing about you.
