•A wooden slingshot, the halter wrapped in black leather, able to be used as some sort of communicator, though not a screen or such high tech one. A small bag on her side holds an infinite amount of pebbles of varying size.

Power

Her special ability power is called Shellshock, originating from the known fact that otters often use "tools", shells being one of these. I know I know, generally sea otters do this, but it is known for river otters to also use tools and shells when they can find them.

This power allows the to summon seashells, the bigger the seashells the less quantity, the smaller the shells the more they will summon. Through the use of these shells the is able to use these as weapons. But the main power of this is summoning a large conch shell. Blowing this conch shell shocks, deafens and often knocks over whoever it's aimed at, and large powerful attacks can even render the victims unconcious!
