Overview

Incase you're unaware, clubs are sub-groups in our community that specialize in a specific hobby/interest, such as art and photography. Keeping clubs active is extremely important in our community, as there's no point in having an inactive club. As such, the team has decided to instigate a rule to ensure our clubs stay active. Every month, each club is required to make some sort of contribution to the community.

What This Includes

This can be done in the form of a masterpost or individual posts. It's up to the club leader to regulate these monthly contributions. Masterposts will generally be posted by the club leader and will contain everyone's work for the given month to share with the community, whereas individual posts from different will be connected with a hashtag for community to view. Not all club are required to post every single month, and can take breaks as the club leader sees fit.

Punishments

Clubs who fail to make a masterpost or who don't have a good number of posting monthly with a given hashtag risk having a new leader instated or, in severe cases, a deletion of the club itself. If the club has a co-leader than the responsibility of leadership will generally be transferred to them however s have the right to choose any member of the club to lead it. Depending on the activity of the club, a given club may receive a verbal warning for a first time offense of this rule.

Exceptions

There are a few clubs in this amino that do not require monthly posts. An example of this is the welcoming committee. This club focuses more on communication with community rather than making a form of art or beneficial blog. They will still have to make monthly contributions, however they won't be in post form. Clubs that do fall under this category include but are not limited to the art club, training team, and photography group.
