What is cursing?

Cursing is an offensive word(s) spoken in anger or annoyance. We do not allow this in any way, whether in posts or chatrooms, as we have minors in our community. However, words like heck, frick, or darn are allowed but you should still refrain from directing that at individuals.

Consequences

Consequences for cursing are less severe than many other guideline violations. If you are caught or reported cursing you will receive a verbal warning and asked to either delete the message/post or edit the offensive word out. If you fail to listen to the warning and get caught a second time you will receive an Official wanring, and if you disobey that you'll get a strike, then on to a ban after three strikes.

How to report cursing

If someone curses in a private chatroom (without consent from both parties), or a public chatroom, hold down the message and click the "flag" option. You can also take a screenshot of the message with the curse word and send it to a who will handle the situation.
