Daily Active Practice
Moonlight Energy
Moonlight has a powerful energy to it. It can be used to cleanse and charge our magickal tools. This can be done under any phase of the moon, but is most powerful during the Full Moon. Take your crystals, athame, or other magickal tools, and place them in a windowsill or other place where they will soak up moonlight. This can be done for one night, or longer for more powerful charging. This is a perfect way to cleanse and charge crystals that are not water safe.
Lunar Meditation
The moon is a representation of feminine energy. Take time to meditate on how you use the moon and its’ energies in your practice and life. If you can, it is best to do this outside under the moonlight, or somewhere where the moon’s light can shine on you. You can also hold crystals associated with the moon such as moonstone or selenite, to help guide your energy and intentions for this meditation.
Moon Water
Water is an element strongly connected with the Moon; the Moon’s powers control the tides of the entire ocean. Charging water under moonlight invibes it with the Moon’s powerful magickal energy. Although Moon Water can be created under any phase of the moon, it is most powerful when done under the 3 days of the Full Moon. To create your Moon Water, collect water from a natural source. Then let it charge in the moonlight for at least one full night, the longer it charges the more energy it will have. For use in very powerful spells, some Witches’ let their Moon Water charge through an entire Lunar Cycle.

For this ritual it is best to have Moon Water; creating your own is one of the crafts for this chat! We will do this on the Full Moon so that we can soak up all of the Moon’s energy.
