             today i want to explain to

             you a new   monthly   thing

             we will do.    motm is some-

             thing that we'll hold monthly

             in this amino,     i'll   explain

             all   about it   in   this    blog!

                              :snowflake: ៹ 𝑡𝑜𝑝𝑖𝑐 ⨾ nominees.

             every 21st of each month

             we (the moderation team)

             will post a blog and accept

             nominees   from everyone

             you    may   not    nominate

             yourself and there will be

             more   rules but that   will

             always   be stated in   the

             beginning   of each   blog.

             so don't worry              : : ❍

                              :snowflake: ៹ 𝑡𝑜𝑝𝑖𝑐 ⨾ criteria.

             so what will be the criteria

             for motm you may ask.

             the moderation team has

             decided the following as

             the citira:

                  — activity (from the leaderboards).

             this will count for 40%, you'll have

             to be active if you want to be chosen

             as motm, we'll look at the weekly

             activity from all the nominated.

                  — community votes.

             since we'll post the nomination

             b a question form, you can

             upvote comments like this ;

             yes this is edited since i can't

             upvote my own comments...

             these upvotes will count as

             the community votes

             this counts for 30%.

                  — moderation team votes.

             lastly, the moderation team

             (leaders and curators) vote

             for the motm among the top

             nominees, our votes will also

             count for 30%, this also means

             we can't upvote or down vote

             any of the nominees in the

              previous critira                : : ❍

                              :snowflake: ៹ 𝑡𝑜𝑝𝑖𝑐 ⨾ prize.

             lastly and probably one of

             the biggest questions,

             what does the motm get

             for being motm. well first

             of all the motm will get a

             temporary title like "member

             of august" the title will

             last one year in total.

             second, the motm will get

             a profile feature for a week

             which looks like this ;

             and lastly, the motm will

             get 50 coins for being

             member of the month.

             so there are plenty of

             benefits to motm     : : ❍
