Take the energy and your thoughts out of your mind and instead focus on things that your heart actually desires.
If we want to manifest something using our minds we keep thinking about it and giving ourselves reasons why this manifestation isnt coming or isnt here yet.
If we approached our desires from our hearts and we really tried manifesting with our hearts everything would come to us much easily because the heart doesnt struggle its our minds that struggle. Our minds have those limiting beliefs and thoughts. Our mind is run by the ego aswhere our heart is run by our higher selves.
When we manifest from the heart we manifest from pureness, from truth, from love. When we manifest from the mind thats when the blockages, resistance, ect, prevents us from manifesting our desires. I'm not saying that it's impossible to manifest from our minds, it 100% works, however manifesting from the heart is much more natural and easier.
When you manifest from the heart the universe brings those things forward to you. When you want things from the mind, yes, they'll come but you have to be more proactive about your manifestation.
How Do We Move Our Attention From Our Mind to Our Heart?
-Deprogram yourself from thinking that you've got to think with your mind or be rational to manifest things
-When we start to feel the emotionals and feelings that come from from our hearts manifesting gets easier
-Consider the intentions behind the things that you desire, does it come from the heart or does it come from the mind?
-The heart is more powerful than the mind, the energy that it gives out, the vibes that it gives out
-Imagine you're manifesting but you're using your heart so its 1000× more powerful
The key to manifesting from you're heart is to ask yourself if the reason you want to manifest this certain thing comes from your heart or from your mind.
Ask yourself:
"Does this desire come from my heart or my mind?"
The way you figure out if you're manifesting from your mind or your heart is by analysing the intentions behind it. Figure out 'why?' Keep asking yourself and go deeper all the way to the bottom of your reason(s). You can manipulate this or you can get insight in what you want.
