Hello once again everyone! I've made more progress with my project "Eternal Balance" (still not sure about the name) and thought I'd share it with you.

I've already shown you Mizu-onna, my protagonist's equivalent to Jibanyan but now I'm going to introduce you to her main companion/butler/watch guardian yo-kai.

I'm aware she looks like a badly tanned Essex girl but that's her colour palette, what can ya do? 🤷🏾‍♀

I've been seeing a lot of fusion yo-kai lately and thought I'd try my hand at creating my own fan fusion of a couple of yo-kai. So say hello to the S-Rank yo-kai, Taiyō Wataousagi! She introduces herself fully, but prefers others to just call her Taiyō. There is one thing that is important to regarding Taiyō: DON'T get her angry. If you get her angry she'll enter her "enraged state":

You have to calm her down, give her her favourite food...or you could just pour a bucket of water over her to get her to exit this state. You know, whichever is the quicker or easier option :joy: 🤣.

I know it's probably obvious since it's portrayed in the cover image, but just in case: Taiyō is a (fan) fusion of Bunny Mint and Blazion. I originally planned to have her enraged state fire hair to look exactly like Blazion's.

But with her pigtails, I thought the style I ended up going with was better and made more sense. (The rest of my progress/proof shots are included below in the images as well as the pose reference and background used).

I'm not sure if fusion yo-kai can really have origin stories. You know, on of the whole combining two yo-kai into one so for now all you need to know is that she was created by Apolluoso (OC yet to be designed) to look after the Yo-kai Watch SS Slot Model and guide its wearer.

Taiyō is a headstrong yo-kai who always tries her hardest at everything she does. She's friendly and loves to help out when she can, which makes being a yo-kai butler the perfect job for her. She's also one feisty bunny who is perfectly capable of defending herself, Taiyō knows a range of martial arts and is striving to learn more fighting styles everyday.

Just : Do NOT make her mad.
