Tally marks. The thing that marked every life that reincarnated. Tally marks could also be used to determined a person's final place if they did not wish to be reincarnated. But for two men, a final resting place was not enough. Yuuri Katsuki and Viktor Nikiforov, multiple times reincarnated souls, were soulmates since day one.

As usual, the two men walked up the bridge. A woman who was young and beautiful, with a white aura around her, waited for them. This woman had bright gold eyes, charcoal lashes, pink lips, long blonde wavy hair, and wore a white flowing dress that covered her feet. This woman held a chalice in her hand, offering her chalice to the souls coming up the bridge, explaining what the liquid inside the cup is. She also explained that if they didnt want to drink from the chalice, they could stay here forever.

Next up was Yuuri and Viktor. The woman smiled. " Ah...two souls I know well. " She said, her voice soft and comforting. " Will you drink from the chalice to reincarnate or stay here for eternity sweet children?" She asked. Yuuri and Viktor looked at each other. Due to recent struggles with reincarnation, they hesitated to decide. " Time is ticking sweet children " the woman reminded and she watched as more souls lined up for their turn. " We will....reincarnate " they said, clasping each others hands. " Very well sweet children. Drink up then. " the woman gave her chalice to the two men, each of them taking a sip of the sweet and soft liquid. A soft gold dust surrounded the two men, their bodies tingling as another tally added to their chart of life, indicating that this was there 8th time reincarnating.

A bright light suddenly appeared, the sound of two babies crying on different continents of the world. Two boys. Yuuri lived in America, his parents were nice and ive, and they worked as lawyers. Viktor lived in Mexico, his mother a stay at home mother and his father working inna factory all day. Two boys grew up to have very different lifes, but each ending up with each other as soulmates each time. Each life a happy ending.

As they once again continued living in love, each life more interesting than the last, the tally was added every time they reincarnated. Flashes of memories of soft golden lights, a bridge, rich green mountains, a glowing woman, a chalice, the taste of a sweet and soft liquid touching ones lips, flashed across each boys eyes as they died. Meeting up once again, but deciding not to reincarnate this time. Yuuri looked at the woman. " We will live here forever now " he said softly, his skin taking on a soft golden glow, and taking Viktors hand, they walked off into the lush green fields. The tally marks having a slash through them to indicate that reincarnation for the two was over.
