Please Take This Into Consideration

First of all, I dont wanna write longer than necessary.

This will mostly revolve around the management problem, as in the Mods Organization. Im mot here to bash anyone. Im here to help you improve because everything starts from this team.

I totally agree that we need more curators than leaders. And Im glad that its being taken into consideration; at least initially. But now what I see is 4 Leaders and 3 Curators. Long story short, this isnt what was promised. I was really satisfied with the previous arrangement as I dont see the need to promote a not-so-participative curator to leader. Plus, even during his time as a leader, I rarely see him in the act. To be honest, I didnt even realise he was part of the mods. It was because I was told about him that I started to realise him. So basically, Im not the only one who think this. Many of us thinks that the only working mods are Poppy, M and V. Curator Purriya seems to be participating actively in featuring posts which is good. I the Mods used to be a big team but we dont really feel the presence of some . In a nutshell, inactive mods are not good for the community.

Again, Im not trying to bash anyone.

So, how can we fix this?

I know its impossible to ask the mods to remove those not-so active from the team but just know that, since the community is in a sort of building period, you will need active to help around. So the choice is yours. Try to make them more cooperative or reorganize the team by recruiting new that are actually IONATE to HELP the community. What I mean is that, they dont have to be ass kissers. Actually they better not be ass kissers. Its okay if they have previous runs in with the mods as long as they have that ion. The fact that they still applied despite knowing they arent liked shows their enthusiasm dont you think? Anyway, what Im trying to say is, stop recruiting who you personally know are ‘good’. This goodies buddies of yours may be good at making friends but if they just hang around their friends being goodies they are the same as those inactive mods who rarely do stuff because they are too busy attending to their friends instead of the community.

Please know that a good person doesnt always to a good leader
