Public Team Formation!

Thanks to you guys for staying with us as we gain new every day. Today I have an announcement.

I will be forming 4 public teams,one for challanges, official blogs and polls, another for community art and photography, the welcoming committee. Last but not least the research/rule enforcement team.

so...what do each team do?

Here is a short summary of what each team is going to do.

*Note that I have not come up with the name, I'll do that once each leader is chosen.*

Challenge/blog Team

This team is tasked with making official blog posts about big community events, updates,challange making, asking the community questions and such.

Basically they are the median's between the community and the leaders. We will have to refer people to this team if they have a question or need help with anything relating to youtube or this community.

Art Team

This team will be tasked with creating imigry for the community, keeping our look new and fresh, making a theme when need be.

Basicly they are here to not make the community look old and bland.

Research/Law Team

This team willing be tasked with monitoring the community for rule breakers and people that really shouldnt be here AKA (trolls,sub beggers,Sub4sub,spammer's, etc).

They are also in charge of updating our community rules to fit the ongoing change to the community.

Basicly these are the communities police force.

Welcoming committee

This team will be task with introductions, welcoming new to the community, informing them of our rules and regulations, and refer them to the various tutorials and blogs we officially made for newcomers.

They are also in charge with reviewing posts and featuring them. basicly they work like any new curator.

[ Minimum Requirement's ]

You must be at least LV 5 if not then show that you want to be in the team.

You must have a clean record, no history of strikes or warnings (3rd warnings).

Team leaders

Each team leader will be given the rank of curator and will be able to creat a title for their respective teams.

Each team leader has to run their teams finally plan with any of the community leaders if they want to it to the community (mainly only the law team and challange team)

Each team will be given a custom title by their leaders.

How do I ?

First we will create a challange/form to determine the leaders for each group (some are more hard than others) then we leave it to the leaders to pick tge of their teams.
