In the second quarter of FY 2019, the company also reported quarterly shipments. The Nintendo Switch reached 2.85 million SKU’s, and the Switch Lite shipped 1.95 million units. That equals 4.8 million for both Switch’s. In addition to console shipments, the software for last quarter made 35.87 million units.
There is another interesting feat about the Nintendo Switch. The console is really close to outselling the Xbox ONE worldwide shipments. CNBC estimated that Microsoft shipped around 46.9 million Xbox ONE consoles.
