Today's holiday art is a mandala inspired by the lantern designs of the Giant Lantern Festival (Ligligan Parul) in the Philippines. Every December, there's a huge festival centred around gigantic lanterns that takes place in the city of San Fernando, and I didn't know about it until I looked up "Christmas around the world" topics for my 25 days of holiday s list. So today's video is all about that festival!
