Hello everyone! I’ve been thinking about this for awhile now trying to see what other people think on this question!
If Wally had an inhibitor collar on, would that cancel out his increased metabolism or would it remain active.
I personally think no b/c in episode 11 Terrors, we see while in Belle Reve all the villains locked up still have inhibitor collars on. However, with it on Mr. Freeze still needs to keep his helmet on.
I’m curious what yall think of this

I think he would have a lower metabolism possibly, but I wouldn't know
