The New Pasta ~ CH 1 ~

When I was younger, I think eleven maybe even twelve, my dad left me and my two siblings in this hell hole with my fucking bitch excuse of a mom. She would always beat me but it got worse after my dad left. She tried to beat my brother and sister but I always managed to keep them out of it. I had school and work so I came home late each night just to get beat. I had multiple scars from this and some self-inflicted. My brother Ash was eight and my sister Ari was six. I spent four years enduring coming home, getting beat then going to school and having people swarm and ask me what happened. I was never a popular kid and always kept to myself but when I started coming to school with bruises and cuts people wouldn't leave me alone. I was out the day everything happened. I came home to find that bitch beating Ari and that's when I snapped. I walked right up to her and punched her in the face. I grabbed Ari and went into my room upstairs. I laid her on the bed and calmed her down. She slowly fell asleep so I got up and went to the bathroom to get the first aid kit. I noticed the door was hanging halfway off its hinges. I look in the bathroom to see Ash laying in a pool of blood. I looked closer and noticed small cuts and bruises showing that that bitch beat him as well. I sighed and grabbed the kit from under the sink when I heard a scream from my room. I dropped the box and ran into the hallway noticing the fire that had reached my room. I ran in there to see a beam fall on my sister. I let out a few curse words and ran downstairs. I tripped and fell down the stairs landing face down. I noticed feet walking in the door but blacked out before I had time to what was happening. I woke up in the hospital and looked around. I tried to sit up but one of the nurses pushed me back down saying that I needed to rest especially after my body changed a lot. I didn’t know what she meant and it seems she read my face. She told me that my hair had changed from light short brown hair to long jet black hair with purple tips, one of my eyes was now black with a gold lightning shape and the other was black with a red four-pointed star. She also pointed out that my ears were now pointed. I was shocked, to say the least, but brushed it off. I asked why I was here and she told me that a fire started in my house and they found me collapsed on the floor with my left side ablaze. After she bought me some fish with onion soup, an apple, and some bread. She helped me sit up and I started to eat. I loved eating fish but for some reason, it just tasted salty. I ate even though I wasn't hungry. I took a deep breath and two sweet scents hit my nose. I looked up and took another whiff. I noticed that the scent was coming from the two nurses. I shook my head and just finished the last few bites. I spent four weeks in the hospital before they finally released me. I lived on the streets hiding in the shadows. I was starting to get hungry but for some reason, I didn’t want normal food. Just then some guy stumbled into the alley I was hiding in. I ignored the reeking smell of alcohol and lunged at him. I was too hungry to care anymore. I slit his throat with one of my claws letting him bleed out. I ripped his shirt off and dug my claws into his chest, ripping away the skin. I ripped out his ribs revealing his heart. I don’t know why but I had a huge urge to eat it so I did. It tasted sweet, almost like candy. I left him there and headed into the woods finding a good tree to stay at. I found a nice tall tree with a hole big enough for me to fit in. I woke up the next day with pain in my lower back and the sides of my head. I grabbed my head but instead of just hair, there were two furry cat ears. I was shocked but I was even more shocked to find I had a tail with something that looked almost like a scorpion barb. I decided not to question it and go hunting again. I entered a different alleyway than before because more likely than not there will already be police. I continued this pattern for a few weeks. I just came back from a difficult kill and was worn out. I reached the end of the woods but collapsed but before I blacked out I saw someone with a blue mask and blue hoodie. I woke up at the foot of the tree I marked and looked around and noticed a fresh meat lying next to me. I had a pretty deep cut from the guy I killed earlier and decided I needed to lay low for a couple of days. The word thing was that I woke up every day to another piece of meat was right in the same place the person placed the one before. I decided to walk around the forest for a little bit. I walked past a few old trees and found myself in a beautiful clearing. I stopped when I heard a twig snap behind me. I turned around to be face to face with my father. I jumped back in surprise, my ears and tail still showing. He walked up to me, “You finally discovered your powers.” He said, grabbing my arm. I tried to get away from him but his grip was too strong. He pushed me down and got on top straddling me. I cried out for help but knew it was useless. He ripped my hoodie off, tearing it to shreds exposing my black bra. I tried pushing him off but he pinned my hands above my head. I tried to call out for help again but he slapped me. “You know I love you but I want more.” He said leaning closer to my face as one of his hands ran up my side to my breast. I closed my eyes, not wanting to see his face when I heard a thud next to me. I opened my eyes to see and suddenly I saw a blur and my dad was knocked off of me. I sat up pulling my knees to my chest. I felt hands wrap around me and turned to see the same masked man from before. He took off his hoodie and handed it to me. I looked over to see my dad in a pool of blood and two figures standing over him. One had on a white hoodie and he had what seemed to be a carved smile on his face, and the other person had a green outfit and was glitching a lot. I looked back at the man who gave me his hoodie and thanked him. “ I'm E.J and this is Jeff and Ben.” He said as he gestured to the two men. “I'm Leo or Volt is fine." I said. He picked me up and started walking deeper into the woods. “Where are we going?” I asked him while wrapping my hands around his neck so I wouldn't fall. “We're going to show you to our boss and hopefully he will let you become one of us.” He said in a reassuring tone. And with that, I fell asleep.
