Oyster and Jon have found quite a few aliens to take back to the home being created for the mushrooms, this has went on for a while... Until the volunteers and even a few of the aliens, also help out the Ambassador-Scientist and Princess...
They now ride in a limo towards the newly erected shelter in North Carolina.. "Ooh! This is so exciting! I rarely even get to speak to this many people back at home!" Oyster exclaims, "I get the feeling.." Jon laughs "I work with my colleagues on day-by-day basis, and rarely speak to anyone outside of my routine. This is so much more.. fulfilling for lack of a better word!". " Yes, I feel the same way!" she replies with a giggle, "Princess, I feel we must thank you again.." another alien adds, she and Jon turns towards him as he adds "We never thought this would go so well.. as for myself, even on our home world; I didn't have THIS many friends!". " I'm so glad this helped, I hope we can bring more of us here soon! And start showing our home to them too!" she replies happily.. "This sounds weird to say now but.. I.. wish Ceres came with us, she's so secretive about who she's been seeing as soon as we arrived, and we rarely have seen her..." he reveals. "Skrub, she might just have found something she likes? It's natural between both here and home for someone to have something they like, but not tell anybody if they think they'd be made fun of at all.." Oyster reminds him.. "Speaking of which.." Jon jumps in "What is your planet like? Eukaryotes has to be very different from Earth..". "Oh, Eukaryotes is somewhat similar... of course, it's not nearly as warm as Earth, or blinding, and our plant life is different, um..." Oyster starts... Jon wonders at her, she seems to be afraid to reveal something more about their world... "Princess, I don't want to pry too much... But is there something important I should know? Should we all be aware of something?" Jon asks.. She then sighs sharply and starts to explain "It's something I wanted to get out of the way, something awkward... you know how there's... smaller versions of.. our people, that.. you eat?". Jon is confused at first, but realized "Mushrooms? I thought this would be a problem, and assured nobody ate any around your people!".. " Yes, thank you so much!" Djamor replies "And, that.. that's the thing.. our planet grows flesh as yours grow fungi. It's a normal sight and food there..." she uneasily revealed! Jon started to look pale; there's human shaped parts growing on their planet?! "B,but this is a unfortunate part of both of our planets, we hope to rid these from both worlds... and hopefully overlook those coincidental situations so that we can live in unity!" Oyster finishes with a wry smile... "I, I hope we can too..." Jon agrees..
Later, when they get to the shelter: the group of Aliens and the NASA scientist now walk into a very dimly lit area, filled with more aliens and human volunteers..... fibers seem to stretch all around the walls, and the dirt's soft and fuzzy also... "Ah, it's looking better and better!" Oyster exclaims! "Really?" Jon asks "I've meant to ask, how can you see in here? Are our eyesights the same at all then?". She turns towards him as she walks backwards " Yes, yes... Except it IS very bright here in the day, luckily our caps makes it easy to shield our eyes from your sun! And at night it's very different than what your night vision of your technology would show!".. Jon wonders aloud "I guess you saw much more of us and our technology than I thought; how does it look then? If you don't need to use light to see?", she then reveals " It never gets dark, we can only tell when it's night when the planet has rotated to reveal the moon! But other than that, there's no change for us!". Jon is somewhat scared at hearing this; in all human history, there's no exact revelation of how seeing without any light is like...
Another alien es them and notices the princess "Your majesty!" he starts, getting her attention "I.. believe I warepliestart on our endeavor to unite with a human! Might I do it?" he asked in so much respect .. "Of course, Nosefurato, you can be the one who show us all how easy this can be! What has caused this sudden courage though?" the princess replies in question. "The volunteers and few others are so nice to us, maybe some humans ARE ready to accept us.. only... I think most of them are bound to a partner, or unwilling to mate?" he replied.. "Um, that is.. another thing, on top of destroying our planet.. not to but in, but some people even believe Earth is overcrowded..." Jon adds with a laugh! "Oh, I... will we be able to unite then?" Nosefurato asks.. "Of course, they should still have room enough in them to care for us! Whenever you're ready, you have my !" Oyster replies happily! Her brother overheard them "Nosefurato, correct?" he asks in a somewhat friendly tone "You have my best wish for you too.. The only thing me and my sister completely agree on, is that it will take a major change to save either planet. I hope you do become a good example for us all!". " Th,thank you both!" Nosefurto replies in surprise, then leaves to explore outside of the shelter!
During this time, Quince has been on a friend's ranch; helping out... Until they ridden out into a empty field... "Whoa..." Cordell commands his horse.. "Looks like they're tired..." Quince says as he looks at his horse "....They should be ready in case somethin' happens...". " Are you talking about if those Mushrooms come down here?" Cordell asks.. "..I know I bring it up all the time, but..." Quince started, but his friend cuts him off "Look Quince; you can't keep obsessing over those things.. You screwed up alot because you keep worryin' about them!" Cordell replies angrily! Quince turns his horse towards him "You didn't see what I did!!" he retorts, "No, I haven't! But I'm not going to keep being scared until I do, then become obsessed with it! Honestly, I haven't seen one in person, and I know I'd be scared to death too!" Cordell yells back "But I know I'd try to get over it!". Quince shouted back " Not you too!? You were acting so normal before!", Cordell then explained in anger "Nothing changed, Quince! I'm just not racist!". Quince himself looks away in annoyance and then back at him " It's NOT racism, it's the fact that our world leaders let MONSTERS on the planet!" he emphatically yelled! "Listen to yourself! Those things, those Mushrooms; aren't doing anything wrong... sure, yeah; they look terrifying, but you can't judge them from how they look! And yeah, we shouldn't assume they're evil killers, because there's a such thing called `Innocent until proven guilty ` I don't care who or what you hang out with from home, you can't blame those things for something they haven't done!"... Quince stares at him in surprise and realization... then looks away.. and says wryly; " L,let's go back...". The cowboys ride back to the ranch....
It rains again, sending down more mushrooms.. now they arrive with the intention of finding their rulers and Jon.... Nisefurato though, ignores more of his people coming and focuses solely on trying to speak with humans, but most ignore or are horrifically afraid of him... so he returns back to the shelter alone...
But is stopped by a woman suddenly approaching him quickly... "Hey..", she starts. The mushroom turns around in surprise " Hey? Might I help you?" he asks in surprise.. "You're one of those aliens, right? Like, you're not one of those cosplayers?" she questioned, looking around the alien.. "Cosplayer?" he replied in wonder.. "Oh, I guess that's a yes?" she says with a laugh.. "So if I heard right, you guys are interested in `union` right?". " Yes, of course! ...You actually want to?" Nosefurato asks in surprise, "I've been looking for something new... and your people came at the right time..." the woman reveals seductively... She then gestures him to follow her, and he does...
