“people like you have no imagination.” hobi laughed, his smile rivaling the brightness of the sun somewhere off to the side of him.
“What’s that’s suppose to mean?” Yoongi scoffed as he traced meaningless symbols in the sand.
“I don’t know, you just don’t-“ he started laughing, interrupting himself, “come on, imagine the adventures!”
“At a boardwalk? Hobi, I love you, but that means walking in the sun, I’m perfectly happy under this umbrella.” Yoongi said while gesturing around him.
“Please! We can get food and just... hang out!” The younger squatted down next to the dark-haired man, whispering out a final, “please, for me?”
Yoongi looked away, he knew the second he looked at Hobi he would cave in, but he just wanted to stay here, then again, it did sound nice to spend time with his boyfriend.
After a beat, he looked over, muttering out a, “fine, for you.”
Excitedly, the taller yanked the other up, allowing him a second to grab his wallet and phone, before dragging him off in the direction of the long wooden structure holding stores near the water.
It was beautiful out, and yet Yoongi’s eyes stayed firmly on Hoseok. The latter being dressed in a simple tank top and swim shorts, a hat adoring his head, but still, he managed to outshine the beach in all its glory.
He was whipped, and as much as he tried to keep up a cold façade, he felt all warm inside at the prospect of just, being there, with Hobi.
The two of them enjoying a day at the beach.
The two of them.
He didn’t want this to ever end.

“How can I trust you?” Jimin muttered against his arms crossed to cove this face
“You’re acting like this is life or death, just trust me, okay?” Jungkook laughed as he carefully pulled the shorter arms away, “trust me?”
“Fine.” Jimin let Jungkook lead him into the small diner on the corner of some street he had never been on before.
A friendly face greeted them, asking how many they were dining with tonight before leading the pair to a small red booth in the corner. The hostess gave a shy smiled and quickly handed them the menus before scurrying off.
“What sounds good?” Kookie asked while flipping though the laminated options.
“I’ve never been here!” Jimin exclaimed, blushing.
“So? What sounds good?” He asked again, taking Jimin’s hand and closing the menu.
“Uh, sliders? With...” He trailed off, a small frown of his eyebrows signaling his dismay, “fries? I guess.”
“Awesome!” Jungkook waved his hand to get a waiter.
“Hello, can I get you something to drink? Or are you ready to order?” A waiter greeted them.
The younger rattled off their order, including drinks, smiling as the waiter walked away.
“Whats so special about here?” Jimin asked quietly.
“Why were you so scared?” Jungkook shot back.
“Because its you. Because its us. Because we’ve never done something like this.” The shorter answered truthfully.
“Because its homely. Its comfortable. Its us.” The younger responded.
“I love you.”
“I love you more.”
