1. it can help you get another voice in what needs to be changed, how you could reword a sentence, any grammatical mistakes that you may have missed or just maybe using stronger vocabulary.

2. This way, you will grow as a writer. Having many different opinions will soon influence your own opinion and you will be able to writer much better than before. Overall, reaching out to others to give some , is a great way to become a stronger writer!

Rant

the thing about fall, is that where

i live, it never really feels like it,

but the second you step into a

orange! i, personally, love

orange a whole lot. but the

fact that the seasons don’t

change where i live makes me

sad. nobody really gets in the

spirits. from what i’ve seen

though, halloween or fall tends

to be a lot of people’s favorite

season or holiday. there’s a

very beautiful aesthetic to fall

that a lot of them embrace. i

feel like a lot of underrated

colors get used in fall. purple,

orange, blood red, blood orange,

maroon, beige, or even things

like plaid or spices. however, it

does come with negatives. for

some people, school is starting.

for others, it’s allergy season.

maybe fall springs a seasonal

depression on you. look at the

bright side! you get to dress in

fall colors, bundle up, start

wearing more overalls, flannel,

or double layers, depending on

where you live. there are a lot

of great things about the fall.

my birthday is in the fall, as is

a lot of other people (september

is 9 months away from christmas

and new years after all). mind

you, fall doesn’t start until sep-

tember 22 this year, but around

mid-august starts feeling more

like autumn, september doesn’t

feel much like anything, but

then it’s october and november!

Interviewing Mochapaws

⿻ 1. what’s your favorite piece you’ve written? why?

I’d say the piece called: “are you happy now?”

༉˖⋆At first, I hated the way I phrased things, so deleted the first draft and started from scratch. I started to basically write about how woman are treated differently and looked upon differently as well. There is also a part way I discuss much darker topics such as pedophiles. I also really liked how simple yet bittersweet it came out. I guess that I really liked the topic and how much I want things to change is the reason why I like it so much.

⿻ 2. what’s a book you’d recommend readers?

༉˖⋆hmm, well, there was this one book I read back in 7th grade and it’s called: “the girl in the blue coat.” It takes place during World War Two and is about a girl who helps out this elderly woman. She goes over there daily, but soon realizes that something is off with her. With a bit of curiosity stirring within her, she starts to explore the house soon finding out that there is little girl who was supposed to be shipped into a concentration camp. Overall, the moral of the story is that this girl suddenly vanished from the old ladies home and it’s up to the protagonist to find out what happened to her. It’s a thriller type mystery so I definitely would recommend it if you like that genre.

⿻ 3. what inspired your yearbook post? do you plan on doing another one?

༉˖⋆well, I love this amino a lot and dedicate a lot of time due the community and lovely staff . I wanted to do something really special for my one year anniversary on this amino and I started to think: “why not combine all of my achievements that I made this year into a post?” I then started to think about what to name it and the name “yearbook” just made sense. Since, well, a yearbook is something that captures important things that I have occurred in a duration of a year. Either way, it took some time and I was able to put everything together.

⿻ 4. what inspires your profile aesthetics?

༉˖⋆well, bascially what I do is base them off of different types of colors. This one, that I have currently, is beige. Or sometimes I’ll base an aesthetic off of my own personal photography that I take and then try to find a galley and background that suits it the most. For the longest time it was anime and kpop aesthetics, but now it’s more about colors if anything. My last one was a city which was based off of this one photo of a girl with brown hair. You see, when it comes down to photos, you have to look at what color pops out the most when you first look at it. Let’s just say that color was blue, you would most likely base your aesthetic off of the blue part. It does take sometime and definitely a lot of practice as well. I also have recently taken a few theme/aesthetic requests from people on WVA and so far, everyone has loved them. For the theme that I have right now, I found a photo off of Pinterest and then edited it on PicsArt + Funimate for the frame and the gif.

⿻ 5. what’s your favorite holiday/season?

༉˖⋆my favorite season will definitely have to be autumn. from the leaves, to the all of the wonderful fall activities that there are present during those months. I just love it all. I also love all of the fall themed foods as well such as apple pie, cider, pumpkin spice and cinnamon treats.

༉˖⋆My favorite holiday would have to be either Halloween or Christmas. I love that on Halloween you practically get candy for free and get to cosplay out in public. I always dress up even though I may be a bit old for it.

⿻ 6. what drives you the most? what are you ionate about?

༉˖⋆I would have to say my friends and family. They have always been a huge in my life and no matter what arguments we have—we always end up okay in the end. Both of time me in anything that I am ionate about. That’s what I love about about them. Especially my best friend, Emily. I’ve known her for around almost five years and she has been nothing but amazing to me. I thank her for making me the person that I am today.

languor refers to weakness in body and mind. You might experience this phenomenon when you've been working too many hours and are starting to hit burnout. Take a break!

A complicated and beautiful word, sanguine comes with several meanings. It's typically used as a synonym for optimism, but it can also describe a bloodred hue or something relating to blood.

ꕤ Tryst ꕤ

This crisp word is usually used to describe a somewhat discreet meeting between two lovers. While technically defined as any sort of meeting or appointment (not necessarily with romantic motivations), you probably don't want to refer to the next meeting at your office as a "tryst"

A beautiful word that's probably best used to describe a litter of golden retriever puppies (cute!). It is the quality of excitement and enthusiasm.
