Hello, readers! I hope everyone is having a good or okay day today.

I'm making this wiki to educate , who are new to Amino, on how to insert youtube videos on posts. It's pretty easy and fun to do once you know how to. I will also go over some of Amino’s basic tools (if you don't know them).

This can help those who write poems and stories after songs they listen to. Seriously, a link is so boring so a picture YouTube video would be amazing.

First, you need to copy the link from YouTube with the share button (the arrow).

Enter any Amino community and create a new post. You can post YouTube videos on any type of post and even in chat.

Once you’re in a blog, open options and look for the image icon. I will say that looking for the image icon is different with Apple and Android.

If you’re on an Android device, you’ll have to select where you want to insert the YouTube video and double tap the spot. You'll see a tab appear on the top and the image icon should be there. Tap it.

On Apple, hold down on the spot you want to insert the YouTube video and then let go after a couple of seconds. A small tab will open. Press the arrow on the right and the image icon should be the first one in the tab.

Android:

After you've pressed the image icon, select the "insert YouTube link":

It'll post your YouTube link onto your post. This also changes depending on what type of device you’re using. On Android, it will do it automatically whereas Apple asks you to paste the YouTube link in a box thing.

You can see the beauty of your work with the eye icon in the top right corner.
