The Question of Point of View

Point of view is a story is very important. Any author will tell you that. So my question today has no right or wrong answer, I'm just looking for different opinions and thoughts.

Most of you know my writing style. I normally write in first person with one character or omniscient one character focused but with information the character doesn't know. However lately I've been reading some stories where different characters take the narrative. It is an interesting and foreign style to me.

So it comes to a story I am currently writing. It has been in first person and character-focused omniscient in a few places. However, this next part begs for another voice/character focus. I've never done this before and am curious what you all think I should do. I can say this makes me nervous.
