The life of being a fish is an endless misery and is hard. Why? Because of numerous factors. If it's not fishermen, then it's the predators. The one that is most prominent is an ugly and pointless thing called war. War is not only loss to the human race but also to the fish and sea creatures that live in the sea.
I'm Cascada and I'm a mermaid that lives with my father in a mermaid/merman community. Everyday I witness some form of war in front of my eyes as I go about my day. One day I decide to do something about it, I can't bear to watch innocent fish being killed in war everyday.
Dad there is something I would like to tell you. What is it my daughter? Lately I have been noticing that humans is raging war and is killing the fish species; many fish is loosing their lives everyday. My daughter, that is of no concern to you. Why dad? Because as long as we are safe in our community it is of no concern what goes on outside of these gates. Dad, how can you be so selfish? My daughter it's not about being selfish it's about survival. But dad. No buts Cascada.
I don't care what my dad says I'm going to help these poor fish.
What's going on? The humans are coming for us, we need to hide in our houses to ensure survival. Why Cascada? Because they are going to kill us all.
Dad where are you going? I'm going to try and fight them so that everyone in this community can survive. Take care dad. I will my daughter.

Your father is dead my friend, I saw and heard everything from my house. Cascada, if you don't leave they will kill you. They're coming back for your father. They're poachers, they kill fish and mermaids and take them away with them.
Oh that's so bad, but I am going to put an end to all of this. Please don't fight them, they will kill you. You are lucky to still have your life.

Because there is bad people around here raging war on the fish and sea creatures in this ocean. That's bad, but I think I know the right people to . These people are poachers that is raging war on the fish, they are very bad people. Those people killed my father. Hello police. Hello I have been recently noticing that around the area there is some bad activity happening. What is it sir? There has been poachers been busy poaching the sea creatures and fish. Well, well, well, I think we might have the men that we have been investing for some time for poaching. You think that it's them. We are positively sure, we'll come check the place out.
Cascada you should leave now, the police is on their way here and and hopefully come and catch these bad people. Thank you so much James for your help, I will go into my hiding place and see if they catch them.
