Off on a quest

to find the crown

of the notorious demon king

A crown that possesses its

wearer and makes them

obsessed for power

After all,

power is everything.

Power

No one can hurt you

if you have power,

If you're the strongest

of them all,

If you're at the very top,

looking down on

everyone else.

Our king doesn't want that

in the hands of the enemy,

the next demon king.

So off on a quest we go.

A party made of the strongest

people in the kingdom.

It should have been quick.

I'm with the strongest.

Why is everyone so incompetent?

"BOB! We can't stop to look at every sheep

In the darn countryside."

"PATRICIA, don't go near the Wretched Lake of the Dead!! THE SPIRITS WILL DROWN YOU!"

"DEX, how can you struggle with opening a jar?! His highness said that you once lifted a boulder the size of a house..."

"MONIQUE, DON'T BURN THE SACRED FOREST DOWN!"

I can't handle this anymore ahah…

We can't afford to waste any more time.

His majesty wanted this crown at the end of three months.

It's been two tiring ones already ….

"What? A dragon is burning a nearby village down?"

So what? They can go die. It's not our problem.

We're already running short for our own quest.

I just want the reward for getting the crown.

If this measly village can offer a higher sum, then sure, let's fight the dragon.

village in the distance,

I took a deep breath

and ran in the direction
