I am the moon || + Anaylsis

             │ ┊ I have been a Sky

              │ ┊ I have been an Eclipse and            

              │ ┊ Even at times a shooting star

             │ ┊I have scribbled the last bits of pages

              │ ┊For all I ever wrote was already written

             │ ┊From a cresent to a gibbous

              │ ┊From a gibbous to a moon

             │ ┊And then back, the same cycle rewinding

                      itself

             │ ┊With every new beginning a new story

                      evolves

              │ ┊With every new story a different challenge

                      slithers

              │ ┊But even with that I have managed to stay

                      brighter than the sun

              │ ┊And ethereally graceful than its sharp rays

                      that bombard the ground

             │ ┊With every turn in life I've changed my

                      phase   

               │ ┊With one that suits the events the best

             │ ┊And so

             │ ┊At times I have been a shooting star

              │ ┊I have been an eclipse

              │ ┊I have been the sky

             │ ┊Through all my life I have been a world

                       to myself :)

                        Theme/Analysis

I decided to just put a small analysis for the poem

Here I kept the meaning of the different phases of

The moon in mind while writing this. The first part

Just talks about the different events that can happen

in life be it happy, depressing or sad.

The next stanza kind of has a touch of fate put into

It...though fate can be changed but i took it in another

Prespective because theres still people out there that

think that fate can never be changed...at some point that is correct but then again miracles do happen...moving on it just shows that one gave up on trying to alter things in their life according to how they want to and also that after realizing they cant change whats there in store for them they just let it be

The next bits just talk about how at one moment you seem to rise and then suddenly you have to fall back down...it can never be that u stay on the top forever...life has its ups and downs

The next stanza talks about when the full moon slowly goes back to its new moon stage...the new moon symbolizes new beginning so with that when you try to get back up another new stories comes up with its own problems...with its own excitement and it can never be that you'll always have the same old boring thing happening to you again and again

Next stop it takes about phases. After you're well experienced of how this world works you end up knowing how to handle any situatuon

In the last stanza its just the same one that was on the top but in the opposite order. The first one went from being a lot to just the moon while the last one went from being just the moon to everything which shows that slowly and gradually things work out...the cycle repeats...from the top to the bottom from the bottom to the top :)

Dont know if any of that makes good sense
