Hello friends.
I started writing back in 2017 but stopped after a couple of years because I lost motivation possibly due to personal issues. The stories/pieces I wrote weren't that good. So since I want to start writing again, I was hoping that I could develop my creative writing skills. But I don't know where and how to start. So is there anyone who can help me create a plan and suggest good sources so that I can efficiently learn? Thank you!!

I am late but still just in case.. have you tried taking lessons before? Master writers or professors can surely help you and give you lots of skills and tips on how to write effectively and creatively  creative writing is also a course...
Or if you don't like taking a course on it, my tips could be read a lot of books, try to be engaged in the world of fictions, new ideas and the wide horizons of stories and novels, buy books(if you can, a kind and helpful advice from me) to get you inspiration from the next time you will write about tips on creative writing, and as for writing, just start somewhere and write anything on your notebook and see where it goes. I hope though your health is good and not detoriated like for examples *depression, *anxiety and physical illness... so are those things. If you are experiencing it like I am, it's not good to force yourself to write. It really doesn't help and it can cause a lot of de-motivation instead of motivation... but if you are OK and you want to write, you can also read prompts online or in any other sources for you to start writing... as since I have been creative before, I became spontaneous and messy so didn't have a list of sources to share, but I watched a lot of content in YouTube and tips, too. You can also watch book and writing vlogs! I hope this helps. Goodluck, stay safe and take care!
"Write what you know." - Some guy in a dress shirt, probably.
Well my first advice and one you probably heard all too often would be: Just write whatever comes to your mind. Especially taking notes and even making an outline is such a huge step towards actual writing.
Also reading no matter what kind of thing it is, is such a huge help and bound to improve your writing.
And if you need ideas there are lots of writing prompts out there and there are sure to be some which make you itch to grab a pen and just jot it down.
Alright. Thank you so much! I will start doing that.
