Being me

I’ve always been the one to play in the rain, fall asleep under the sun on a lazy swinging hammock kind of day and stopped, breathing in the blowing wind whenever I got the opportunity.
Sadly in all these years, I’ve yet to meet anyone who felt this, or that special person to share my world with.
These days I’m thankful for the rain, it washes away my lonely tears, I still rock gently in the rays of a beautiful sunrise and sunset day, while letting my heart and soul drift freely on the evening breeze.
