Are there any good aliens Sci fi whump prompts?

I have been wanting to do fun whump fan-fiction stories for a long while since I read a historical fiction where the main character was a Victorian woman who wanted to be a doctor. I don't have a medical degree so my knowledge of anatomy and health is at a first aid training level. But I still have an interest in it sort of. The book was A Woman's Guide to Petticoats and Pirates for those who are curious.
