I might have a problem?

So, I have these tiny teal dots on my feet in some places. And I don’t recall stepping in anything. Like, it looks like I took a marker and put tiny dots on my feet. But I didn’t. So I’m a little worried. Does anyone know what this is? I’ve already googled it and they were no help. I’ve also tried cleaning them off. A few have come off very easily, but some don’t come off at all. If anyone knows even anything about this please tell me. Thank you
