why did i this community?

i want to motivate myself to write more, so hopefully making connections in the writing community will help me do so

why did i start writing?

it's an incredibly vague memory, i started with cringey fanfiction that i now hate. my friend told me (after i improved a bit) that i was talented so that kind of inspired me, in a way. i don't take it too seriously, but i definitely do enjoy writing

funniest/weirdest thing that happened to me?

this didn't necessarily happen to me, but i used to have almost 40 pickup lines memorized at a time in order to tell them to my best friend whenever i felt like it

what do i use to write with?

anything nearby. paper and pencil, google docs, samsung notes, wattpad, microsoft word, anything.

ideal writing environment?

wherever i can listen to music and/or ambience and write without worrying about somebody reading over my shoulder. i like writing after experiencing or being introduced to something new.

currently reading on wattpad?

nothing, i'm just now getting back on wattpad after a year or two.

wattpad recommendations?

dead man walking? i think that's what it was called. i reading it before i left wattpad.

if i could visit any place in the world, where would it be and why?

south korea with my grandma, because we're korean and keeps talking about wanting to go (back) to visit korea with me.

if a movie about my life was made, what would it be about and which actor would play me?

searching for inspiration. just kidding, kind of, have no idea. i don't have any goals and am pretty ordinary, so i can't think of anything. she's not an actress but safiya nygaard (the youtube) i guess, because my best friend said that we look alike.

me as an ice cream flavor?

coffee because nobody talks about me even though i'm just as good as the others. :triumph: just kidding, it's because i like coffee. and i'm an ambivert, so i randomly get energetic/outgoing/social

favorite cartoon character?

crong from pororo because of my baby sister.

favorite superhero?

i never paid much attention to superheroes, but i'll say that it was wonder woman.

current hero?

kim jonghyun. he was a huge inspiration to me before i had even become a shawol, and i've always felt that i've been able to relate to him, in a way. probably just because i'm also an aries.

why is writing important to me?

i'm not the best at expressing myself emotionally or creatively, even when i try to verbally. writing is a way for me to express myself and have a creative outlet that i wouldn't otherwise have.
